FOUNDED IN 2003, Curtis Capital Group specializes in the ownership and operation of multifamily rental communities throughout the country. Curtis Capital Group has acquired over 50 multifamily properties in eight states.

We work to identify properties with significant unrealized upside. Our acquisition strategy takes us to metros with a diverse and expanding job base, strong market fundamentals, and a compelling lifestyle component which attracts and retains the city’s residents. We are constantly researching and evaluating new markets, in addition to the markets in which we are already invested.

We have provided excellent returns to our investors without losing sight of our number one goal: preservation of our investors' capital. This has been achieved through the conservative use of leverage, rigorous underwriting and maintaining ample contingency reserves. For properties that have sold, the average annual rate of return to investors is 21%.
