Meet the Team

Jed is the Founder and President of Curtis Capital Group. He currently oversees all aspects of CCG's operations including strategic planning, acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations.

Prior to forming Curtis Capital Group in 2003, Jed practiced law, specializing in real estate securities. He was also a multifamily sales broker with CBRE.

Jed is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned his law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law.

Conor is a partner at Curtis Capital Group. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has been involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and property management. Conor's primary responsibilities are capital markets – raising private and institutional equity to fund CCG's acquisitions.

He previously worked at Washington Partners, a tenant advisory firm in Bellevue. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University and completed the University of Washington Certificate of Commercial Real Estate.

Colin is a Partner at Curtis Capital Group. Since joining CCG in 2013 Colin has been instrumental in the company's growth and success. He has been directly involved in over 60 multifamily transactions and is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to his career in real estate Colin played outfield for the New York Yankees. He is a graduate of Arizona State University.

Wally joined Curtis Capital Group in 2022. As an Asset Manager, he shepherds properties through their business plan to prepare for disposition. Additionally, Wally oversees the property management arm of Curtis Capital Group.

Prior to his career in real estate, Wally worked in data science and marketing analytics. Wally graduated from Wesleyan University where he studied Economics.

Jill joined Curtis Capital Group in 2016. She manages investor communications and has coordinated over $200M in capital raises. Jill also assists with asset management and handles the bookkeeping.

Her experience includes work for one of the largest commercial real estate developers in Seattle as an Executive Assistant/Tenant Liaison and as a Legal Assistant with a focus on real estate law, wills and probate.

Steve is the Director of Asset Management for Curtis Capital Group.

Steve previously served in various C-suite and executive asset management roles at Community Housing Works (San Diego); Western Wealth Capital (Vancouver Canada); Independent Living (Seattle); McDowell Properties LLC (San Francisco); Lynch Investments (San Francisco); Dominium Management Services (Minneapolis); and Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) in Chicago.

He has served on the boards of the Chicago Apartment Association in addition to having served a term as the Treasurer of the Minnesota Multifamily Housing Association. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science at Western Illinois University, and a Master of Science in Resource Geography and Land Use Planning at Oregon State University.

Gabe joined Curtis Capital Group in 2025 as an Acquisitions Analyst, where he focuses on underwriting prospective property acquisitions. Prior to joining CCG, he co-founded Coast, a startup producing energy gels for athletes, and completed internships with Olsen Anderson and Madison Park Advisors.

He graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business in 2025, earning magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. While at the university, he played running back for the Washington Huskies.
